Below is a link to my post-mortem report on GLASS's conversion to the Gutenberg Duplication on Demand system. It is for the most part finished, since the conversion of our patron base is complete, and the only remaining sections that need updating are secondary to that (mainly about the disposal of copy allotment DBs, still a very fluid situation).
