Scribe Help Page

When a Scribe encounters an error, it only displays a brief line to describe what's going wrong. If you need a little more information or some help knowing what to do next, check out the Scribe Help Page !

In a future update, a direct link will be added from the Scribe Web Monitor pages to this Help Page, but in the meantime, you can add a bookmark to keep track of the Help Page, or find it here on KLASusers anytime under Documents > Quick Reference.

Of course, you are always still welcome and encouraged to let us know if you're encountering frequent errors with your Scribe or if you need more assistance. However, we hope that this new page will help you understand how certain errors occur and what you can do about them.
