MedCode on Mail Cards

Scribe libraries: did you notice the Mail Cards highlight in the 7.8.7-7.8.8 Release List? If you duplicate in more than one medium (such as Digital Serials or e-Braille), you can now add the Med Code and/or the Medium Description for each order on the mail card! 

This is a great way to ensure that your circulation staff duplicates braille orders onto braille cartridges, and DB orders onto DB cartridges. 

If you would like to add this info to your dup order mail cards (and I would recommend that you do), please email with:

1. The Stock Name and Printer that you use when printing your Dup Order mail cards. You can find this info at the bottom of the Mail Cards screen.
2. A photo of a current Dup Order mail card with any requested changes marked on it.
3. Whether you want just the MedCode (DB), Description (Digital Books) or both.
