Do you need a report to summarize how well your districts are using the resources available to them? We've recently created a Batch Manager report to do just that!
The "Schools Served" report outputs a list of everything a certain district has requested, a total value for those items, and the number of students they were requested for.
If this is something you need as well, let us know!
This report will eventually be included as a full report in the Reports Menu in a future version of KLAS. In the meantime, however, Customer Support can add this custom report to your KLAS installation by request.
Once it is in place, you would run the report in the Batch Manager with these criteria:
Parameter 1 - Which periods to include in the report (ex: 17-18,18-19)
Parameter 2 - Which districts to include (by KLAS ID, comma-separated list)
Parameter 3 - What email to send the report output to (probably yours)
