Patron-Find Patron, Add Search by E-mail Option was created by acnickless
On the patron module's "Find Patron" search screen, could the option to search by e-mail be added?

It is not uncommon to get an e-mail from a patron where they only include their first name. It would be much quicker and easier to search by e-mail from the "Find Patron" screen instead of running the search as a query. Thanks!
