Machine Errors, indicate the machine is not in PIMMS - email Jordan Conner at Data Management and get the machine added in, then process as normal.
Name Field Errors - most likely a conflict between the Patron Type and the Individual checkbox. Check to see if that checkbox is checked/unchecked to coordinate with the patron type.
Email Field Errors - check for typos that invalidate the email address. If there should be no email address, delete the Contact Preference labeled DefEM first before deleting the listing for the email.
Errors for suspended/withdrawn patrons. These probably shouldn't be sent to PIMMS. Please contact Keystone to investigate / turn off the resend for these transactions. (We should have a fix for this that will be applied to everyone's system in the near future)
