I think it would be helpful for Keystone to do some type of webinar or online training for new features in KLAS. That way staff who traditionally can not attend the conference could benefit from learning directly from the experts instead of getting information second hand from the conference attendee. Online sessions would also have the potential to reach more people.
I think Katy has started something that is useful in her webinar series. If we can flesh out topics of interest and have a "big" topic that things cluster around this could become the theme for a webinar. Another thought might be kind of a "live" Q&A session, where users could either phone in or email their questions and get them answered live in real time.
