I am a Reader Advisement Librarian at the Arizona Talking Book Library. I also was Assistant Library Director at The Braille Institute Library for 13 years and have been here for 28 years. Amazing since I'm only 21!!! I first worked at both libraries with DRA ( Data Research Associates) software. I believe they were subsequently bought out by another software vendor and both libraries switched over to Klaus. What a difference, Klaus has been awesome!!! Just wish Klaus could hear all the great thank yous I get from my readers for this excellent software package!!!!
