Tracking was created by sbuchalter
In the last KDAC session, it was asked how items are tracked once it is mailed.

At Xavier Society, for consumable items, we simply attach a tracking sticker from the USPS, and keep the number for our records.   (see picture).

While we don't track our cartridges, since ours don't have barcodes to scan, we include a sticker, on which is written the patron ID #, so that if a mailing card gets lost, we still can check it in.

We've been using these with a lot of success for the past few months, but they seem to have disappeared from the USPS website. Are you still able to acquire them?

You can get them if you go to your local post office.
We get them from Pitney Bowes, whom we pay for our postage. We get the stickers at no extra cost. Here is a quick link for the stickers. www.pitneybowes.us/shop/ink-and-supplies...s888pb/en-us/storeus

The free Label 400s are apparently being completely phased out and should have been removed from local offices: link.usps.com/2023/01/17/service-update-3/ Hopefully we can work something out. I have no idea if we qualify for the Label 888s.
