Patron status change problem

Patron status change problem was created by dylcalhoon
Good afternoon,
I keep getting this error whenever I try and suspend a specific patron:

”This database record does not exist or is locked by another user. (PatSearchResults)
Update cancelled."

I've tried just closing out of the patron module and exiting completely out of KLAS but still can't suspend the patron.

Any help or ideas would be great. Thanks!

Sounds like a bug! Please send an email to with the Patron ID and we'll get it tracked down and corrected for you.
