Wasn't quick request supposed to save and remember when you changed the prefix you use? We just tried to change it for one coworker but the change isn't saving.

It's a library wide setting in Control Maintenance, so unfortunately you can't set it on an account by account basis. The "Change Prefix" button is a bit deceptive since it only applies to that single session and the prefix resets when you close the Quick Request screen.
