Quick Request already in Patron Service Queue

If you enter a KLAS ID in Quick Request that is already in the patron's Service Queue, you get a pop-up Error that says that is the case.  One of our Reader Advisor's suggested that it would be nifty if the error box asked the question, "Would you like to move it to top of Service Queue?"

+1 I think this is a good idea and I can recall situations where I would appreciate it.

My only question is, can you imagine an instance where you wouldn't want the item moved to the top of the queue? A pop-up box is still going to slow you down while a patron is rapid-fire listing off book numbers. So would you prefer this to be an option, or a default behavior?
