My readers are confused using OPAC with the designation "Hard Copies" and suggest this be changed to Library Circulating Copies. Would this help your readers? Is the designation "Hard Copies confusing to your readers?

Good news: that wording is actually configurable in WebOpac! B)
Talk it over with your director and have her let us know if you guys decide to change the "hard copies" label to something else.

And for anyone else reading this: please chime in and let us know what wording you use for this! What gets the message across best to your readers?
