Klas has instantly changed the designation "Hard Copies" to "Circulating Copies"!! on our OPAC at the Arizona Talking Book Library. Our readers had asked for this change and we didn't think it was possible and never asked. Shame On Us!! Klas does listen and can help but You Have To Ask. What a great forum this is!!!!!
