After speaking to a patron, who was having difficulty downloading, I ran a test in OPAC. I went to a "download only" item and clicked on "put in basket." When I went to the basket, it said "download only," in plain font, whereas the rest of the line was a heavy bold. I then clicked on "proceed to checkout," where it said the request cannot be processed.
Can this be resolved by instead of an error message on the checkout screen, there is a link to download the item?
